Flynn, a member of the Bar in California and the District of Columbia, speaks, writes, advises, and teaches on legal, policy, and business issues relating to: international human rights; artificial intelligence and ethics; the future of law, work, technology, and humanity; civil rights; social impact, social enterprise and social entrepreneurship; impact investing; ethics, equity, and leadership; political reconciliation; transitional and post-conflict justice; war crimes and genocide; human rights and technology in the 21st century; supply chain transparency; international trade; and gender, diversity, and equality.
Flynn is also a professor. She has taught at The New School and was the founding fellow at NYU School of Law's Grunin Center for Law and Social Entrepreneurship.
